Just east of Highway 2A in the North East corner of Blackfalds is Cottonwood Meadows. Located on rolling terrain with a school site and playing fields Cottonwood Meadows is a great area for families. An undisturbed stand of trees and wetland in the south east corner adds to the natural character of the area. A 30 acre commercial site is planned in the subdivision as well as pathways that will connect Cottonwood Estates with recreational and community sites throughout Blackfalds.
